All website payments are handled by SagePay, which accept all major credit / debit cards. Specific Delivery Dates
We will always try to accommodate special requests. However, it can take 3-5 working days to manufacture and personalise your crate. Ordering for a delivery ahead of time i.e in two/ three weeks is absolutely fine. If in doubt, email or phone and we'll be able to help you, call us on 01392 829977.
Important Delivery Instructions
If you’re ordering a Plantabox for someone else and having it delivered directly to them or to your own address, we would like instructions as to where to leave the box if someone is not at home. If the box cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the local depot and an additional charge may be levied for trying to redeliver on another day.
Delivery costs
We have a number of different delivery options provided by couriers and delivery companies who specialise in getting your product to you in perfect condition. All planted Plantaboxes are handled by a specialist secure courier. The main options are as follows:
Free Delivery – Courier service is next day from dispatch date and is tracked, this is only applicable to orders to the UK mainland with a value of over £50
Standard Courier Delivery – This is for mainland UK only, it is next day from dispatch date and is tracked - £4.95
Fastrack – Provided we receive your order before 2.00pm on any business day we'll complete your order and dispatch it the same day for Next Working Day Courier Delivery which is tracked, this is also for mainland UK only - £9.95 (dependent on weight)
Royal Mail - some of our smaller products can be sent via the Royal Mail which is cheaper but is not tracked and can take several days - £3.95
Delivery Areas Covered
Unfortunately due to the weight of our products the cost of delivering to areas outside of mainland UK are quite high. Our shopping basket will calculate delivery based on the weight of the products ordered and your location. We regret that deliveries to areas such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Scottish Highlands and Islands, North/Southern Ireland attract a particularly high excess charge from our courier companies.
